About us
Harris + Co Financial Planning is the financial planning arm of Harris + Co. As a privately owned, independent financial advice business, we are able to conduct research across the whole of the market to provide you with unbiased, holistic advice.
The wider firm has a long-standing history, spanning over 100 years, of advising individuals, businesses and trustees.
Our offices can be found in Barnsley, shared with Harris + Co Accountants. We are incredibly proud to advise and assist many individual and businesses in the local community and the surrounding regions. With technological progress in recent years, we are also able to advise clients located all around the country.
​Working closely with our accounts and tax colleagues where appropriate, we are able to offer a range of financial planning services, supported by the expertise and resources of an integrated accountancy firm.
This provides the unique scenario of having a close relationship that may be associated with a ‘family-run firm’ allied with the expertise and support of a much larger business. We have big firm expertise, with small firm values.

We can offer both face-to-face meetings (along with a cuppa!) at our offices in the heart of Barnsley and a completely online experience, to suit your needs. An initial meeting, to discuss your personal circumstances and explore whether we can add value to your affairs, would be at our cost and without obligation (so the only cost to you would be your time).
